AS9100 Accreditation Aerospace Quality Standard
The Challenge
Given the increase in Commercial and Defence Aircraft build rates, KAL Global's client identified that this sector was one which held significant growth potential. The client was facing a declining local market so they needed to transition their organisation from a general engineering provider to become an accredited Aerospace supplier.
Our Solution
The client chose KAL Global to manage their transition from quality system ISO 9001 to AS9100. This involved the development by KAL Global to Aerospace standard, of three fundamental elements, namely worker culture, company procedures and processes. KAL Global also assisted in the Internal Auditing and staff training.
